Fanny's (the restaurant at the Academy Museum), and The Next Fun Thing are teaming up to present Reel Connections: Speed Networking for Filmmakers, a professional twist on speed dating geared toward supporting filmmakers. More than a simple mixer, the event will require a pre-survey and feature a moderator that pairs attendees with a curated selection of peers in order to foster meaningful connections.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Buy your ticket, create your account on our app, and fill out your profile. A link to the app will be sent to you after your purchase your ticket (this will help us match you with other filmmakers)
2. 6:45 PM - check in with your hosts
3. 7:20 PM - 8:30 PM - speed networking will occur
4. 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM - networking mixer! Continue conversations with those you met, and mingle with others in the space.
