Together with UNISON, the UK’s largest union, we will examine the employee’s right to representation and explore how HR professionals can reduce workplace grievances by avoiding some common pitfalls.
As running costs increase, business have to make cutbacks and layoffs may become inevitable. Our TUPE and redundancy expert will guide us through redundancy principles, planning and consultation processes from the HR perspective.
