Hey there, F45 friends and fam!As you may have heard, an exciting event is just around the corner at F45 Footscray and we would love for you to get involved!
On the 31st of May, we are going to complete all 6 Redline classes in one day and we would like YOU to join us - be that to be a cheerleader, sweat it out for one class with us, or jump on in for the whole day affair! We may even have a special guest!
Why:
Az, Brogs & Ash concocted this wild idea one afternoon and it has really taken flight - with the main purpose of this whole event to raise money for two awesome charities, each located right around the corner from the studio- McAuley House and the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. All funds raised will be divided evenly between the two charities.

Redline, what on earth is that?
Redline is one of F45s newest classes and has definitely proven a challenge! Its an intense cardio workout with escalating work timings with a super short sharp 5 second rest between sets!
When is it?
Monday 31st May with 6 different classes to choose from:
5:30am
6:15am
7:00am
12.45pm
5:30pm
6:15pm
How can I join?
We would love for you to join us - if you are a member of F45 Footscray or not!
If you are a member, please just sign us as per usual on the day.
If you aren't a member, please come and join us free of charge for the session, but we ask that you do make a donation to support our charities. If you are not a member, please head on over to https://f45training.com.au/footscray/home, create an account, and select your preferred session(s) on 31st May.
How can I donate:
Please donate via the GoFundMe link, get in touch with the Charity directly (remember to quote F45 Footscray), or bring along some cash on the day as we will have some collection boxes.
All funds collected will be distributed evenly between the two charities.

McAuley House:
McAuley house assists women and children to escape family violence, give children a voice, and provide employment support to their clients.

The funds raised from our event will go towards the below and more:
Hug Pacs: Pampering and wellbeing for women who’ve been homeless – $50
Help children stay at school – $75
Support new beginnings – $100
Keep women and children safe from violence – $200
The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre:
The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) provides a wide range of support and assistance to those seeking asylum through frontline services, advocacy services and empowerment.

Can help provide a daily hot meal and food and groceries for a week - $45
Can help provide a week of safe housing - $88
Can help fund a mental health social worker for a day - $180
