The 2-Day Redken Salon Ambassador Phase 2 Program Training, designed to elevate your expertise and leadership within the salon environment.
This advanced facilitation training takes place at the prestigious Redken Exchange locations in both New York City and Los Angeles, As a Redken Black Level Exclusive Program tuition is complimentary. Furthermore, you will gain the proficiency and confidence to lead the Redken Specialist training for new stylists within your salon, helping them get up to speed in all things Redken and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Complementing this in-person training is the exclusive 'LIVE FROM 5th AVENUE' monthly video series. These 30-60 minute videos provide in-depth explanations of all new Redken product launches, offering targeted information on product features, benefits, and usage.
You'll receive invaluable consultation tips to boost sell-through, comprehensive tech guides for new products, compelling talking points for product information, and ready-to-use salon meeting agendas, ensuring you're always equipped to share the latest Redken innovations with confidence.
