Forging the Future: The Blueprint for Tomorrow's Emerging Workforce
Redmond has long been the hub of our region’s manufacturing and trades, and with millions of new jobs emerging in the next decade, there has never been a more vital time to talk about our future. We are thrilled to invite you to the REDI Annual Luncheon on April 8th to explore a blueprint for transforming tomorrow’s workforce.
This year, we are diving deep into the career opportunities—offering strong wages and stability—that are currently waiting for the next generation of workers. Our program features:

- Redmond’s Economic Pulse: A podcast-style presentation from Oregon State Economist Damon Runberg and REDI Director Steve Curley on the economic indicators propelling our region's prosperity.
- Networking & Community: Connect with local leaders over a family-style lunch while we discuss how to forge the future of tomorrow’s workforce together.
Agenda:
