Who is Donna?
Donna Hetrick is a certified clinical nutritionist, fitness trainer and blood chemistry analyst specializing in whole-food, foundational nutrition, metabolic health and evidence based anti-aging strategies. For more than 30 years she has taught clients how to eat in a way that "loves them back" and how to build a personalized blueprint for healthy aging. Her philsophy is simple: there's no perfect diet or wellness plan -- only the one that's right for you! Who is your host?
The Series will be hosted in the beautiful, newly built Sound Healing Studio of Iris McCray, JOY2B Sound Works. Please arrive early (doors open 30-40 min prior) to settle in and meet other attendees. Allow for time to enjoy tea and light refreshments inside the house or walk the labyrinth on the land before we are gathering in the Studio located in the backyard.
What to bring: Please bring a water bottle, a notebook for note taking and dress in layers for your comfort.
Parking: Feel free to park anywhere in the parking area or driveway, alternatively on the adjacent Bethel Road of this private residence.
