Experience a new format of our Redemptive Impact Accelerator, crafted into three 4-week sprints around Leadership, Operations, and Strategy. The first course starts on April 10. The first course is Redemptive Leadership. In the Redemptive Leadership course, you will:
- Develop a north star strategy
- Explore your mission, vision, and values through a redemptive lens
- Explore mental models and how to build them into your nonprofit
- Explore your nonprofit’s capabilities and the value you deliver to our community
- Define and determine your sensemaking strategy for opportunities and challenges
- Walk away with a clearer sense of what Redemptive Leadership looks like in your nonprofit.
