Each 90-minute session blends meditation, Pilates/yoga-inspired movement, journaling, and sacred sharing — all within a circle of women walking the same path.
Each month will focus on a centralized theme designed to bring you into closer connection with the deeper parts of you.

The Studio at Soul Sanctuary is a welcoming space devoted to rest, movement, creativity, and connection.
