About this Event

Redefining Resolution: a conflict and culture masterclass is an intimate and interactive session designed for people professionals who are interested in spearheading meaningful change in their organisations, with the objective of gathering actionable insights and strategy to implement culture change.

The session will be delivered by David Liddle, CEO of The TCM Group, who will be examining these areas through the lens of his 30 years work as a facilitator, a mediator, a coach, a leader and an accomplished author.

During the session you’ll also be introduced to David’s Resolution Framework™, an award-winning alternative to organisations’ adversarial and damaging grievance, discipline and performance management systems. Offering a blueprint for a purpose driven, values-based and person-centred workplace, this approach seeks to put people first and has been adopted by The BBC, Burberry, Nationwide Building Society, Aviva, London Ambulance Service and North East Lincolnshire Council to name a few.

David has developed significant expertise and authority in the areas of people and culture, conflict resolution, leadership and organisational development. He is author of two highly acclaimed books 'Managing Conflict' and 'Transformational Culture'’. Both texts are published by Kogan Page.
David has spent the last 30 years reframing HR systems, management processes, and leadership behaviours. He puts purpose, people & values at the heart of his customers organisations. With a passion for collaboration, inclusion, and empowerment, he brings people together to deliver high impact transformational change.
He created The FAIR Model™ and he draws inspiration from processes including, but not limited to, systems thinking, positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, restorative justice, behavioural science, principled negotiation, emotional intelligence, and nonviolent communication.
David is recognised as one of the top 20 HR Most Influential Thinkers and he has built an award winning global company with world class consultants and employees
