We welcome 2026 and gather in sacred sisterhood for our first circle of the year and our first circle in Rothesay Bay.
This is a space for authenticity, connection, and healing. A space where we drop the mask, speak from the heart, and gather with other women who are also seeking meaning and real connection.
Magic happens when women come together. We encourage, heal, share and learn in this space.
We will meditate, sip sacred cacao, create a Vision Board together and enjoy a shared snack; we'll enjoy lots of conversation and laughter.
Please bring a healthy snack to share and an open heart, a willingness to share or simply receive.
Who comes to Red Tent?
Women from all age groups, backgrounds, beliefs, and countries. Women ready for a shift, tired of the status quo, or seeking a deeper connection to themselves and others.

Who is Fiona and why does she do this?
I am Fiona Tate, founder of Red Tent East Coast Bays. I run Sorted Out, I am a RMT-trained Life Coach and women’s circle facilitator. I am a mother of 2 teenagers, and have lived in four countries.
I love interacting with people and have always been drawn to the holistic, alternative, and spiritual.
I have experienced much change and enjoy mentoring and supporting others who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
I care deeply about the community. We all deserve to feel heard, accepted, and empowered. By bringing people together across all walks of life, we strengthen not only ourselves, but relationships, families, the wider community, and the world.
