Join Red Rock Sauna in support of Girls on the Run for a night of sauna, cold plunge, and fundraising! We offer sauna and cold plunge sessions and your first 10 oz beer free! Tickets are $35 for 45 minutes and can be reserved by booking through the link provided. $10 from each ticket will be donated to Girls on the Run.
Please arrive in active wear or swimsuit and bring a towel + water bottle. Extra towels, lemon water, cold shower, and changing space provided.
Our sauna and cold plunge are located at Hogshead Brewery (4460 W 29th Avenue, Denver, Colorado80212)

About Girls on the Run:
Girls on the Run is a nonprofit after-school program for empowering girls in 3rd - 8th grade. Over 10 weeks, girls learn: conflict resolution, understanding emotions, friendship, healthy choices, all while training for a 5k!
Girls on the Run is in over 300 Colorado schools. 70% of the 5,000 girls that participate every year are in need of financial support in order to access meaningful after-school programming.
