🌺 The Red Poppy Experience
Each spring, the City of Georgetown blooms into festival central during the Red Poppy Festival. Awash in art, live music, and entertainment, the Red Poppy experience is nothing short of fabulous. With specialty areas just for kids, a bit of friendly competition for adults, and plenty of activities for all ages, the only hard part is deciding what to enjoy first.
🌸 What’s in Store for Three Amazing Days
🌼 FRIDAY
The fun starts blooming Friday evening as artisans set up their wares, delicious aromas drift from food vendors, and live music takes the stage. Stroll the Square, soak in the sights and sounds, and dance your way into the weekend!
🌸 SATURDAY
Saturday is when the festival truly blossoms! The day kicks off with the iconic Poppy Parade and Car Show. Once the engines cool, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy.
Kids can create and play in the Fun Zone, while everyone explores fine arts, tasty treats, and toe-tapping live music. Get ready for a full day of festival magic!
🌺 SUNDAY
There’s no better Sunday Funday than at the Red Poppy Festival! Shop the artisan market, enjoy live music, cheer on the POPP Pup Parade, and meet Chet the Daytripper. Come out and make the most of your Sunday at the festival!
🎶 Weekend Lineup
The Red Poppy Festival has hosted a who’s who of artists and bands over the past few decades — and this year promises to be better than ever. With live performances across three stages, the weekend will be packed with great music and good vibes.

🐾 Vendor Spotlight: Anderson Elk Antlers
Anderson Elk Antlers is thrilled to be joining the Red Poppy Festival for the first time! We’re a family-run small business offering farm-raised elk antler dog chews and handcrafted antler goods, all thoughtfully made with quality, sustainability, and a love for dogs and the outdoors. Stop by our booth to explore long-lasting dog chews and unique, handcrafted pieces made from naturally shed elk antler.
