About this Event
The Red Jeans Redemption Project transforms an everyday item - jeans - into a profound medium for healing and empowerment. This initiative invites survivors of sexual trauma to share their stories anonymously by writing them onto red jeans. The bold red symbolizes redemption, standing as a testament that survivors are defined not by their trauma but by their resilience and strength to rise above it.
Please join us the Friday, September 19 from 7pm to 8:30pm. Red jeans will be provided for participants to transform into a personal canvas, sharing their journeys of survival, healing, and hope. Together, these jeans will form a powerful collective tapestry, showcasing stories of courage that inspire empathy and understanding. Don't miss this opportunity to connect, create, and inspire!
This is a free workshop. A free pair of jeans will be provided.
