Please join us for the 10th Annual Red Dog Run, Walk, and Ride for CF. This event will be a 5K run and 1 mile walk to raise money to fight cystic fibrosis.
The 5K is $30 through March 20th, $35 from March 21st through April 17th, and $40 from April 18th till race day.
The 1 mile walk/fun run is $25.
Runners and walkers will receive a shirt.
Children 12 and under are free for the walk and can purchase a shirt for $15 Adults may purchase shirts for $15.
Join us afterwards for lunch at world-famous Billy’s Tap!!!
Age group breakdown for the 5K are:
Under 19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-older
Medals will be given for the top 3 in each age group for men and women and overall winners.
BICYCLING INFO
There will be a 20 mile (2 hours/beginner) and 40 mile (3 hours/more advanced) route. Riders will depart Advanced Rehab at 8:30am. Cost is $20 and shirts can be purchased for an additional $15. Click below links for the routes.
