Join us for a recovery-focused yoga experience centered on Step 6: the practice of becoming entirely ready to release unconscious behaviors that no longer serve us.
In this offering, we will explore Yoga Sutra 2.11- Dhyana heyas tad vrittayah which teaches that the patterns that create suffering are resolved through awareness. Rather than forcing change, this practice invites us to gently observe the unconscious habits, emotional reactions, and conditioned responses that have been running beneath the surface—bringing them into conscious awareness where release becomes possible.
Through trauma-informed movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, participants will be supported in turning inward, noticing patterns as they arise, and cultivating the willingness to pause instead of react. Together, we will explore what it means to soften our grip on automatic behaviors and allow transformation to unfold naturally through presence and compassion.
This experience is designed to create a safe and supportive space for embodied self-inquiry and healing—where awareness deepens, patterns are witnessed without judgment, and conscious release can begin.
