Vital Beat's accessible (chair) yoga class in Midland offers a safe space to move at your own pace, using chairs for support and with lots of variations offered. This class is led by Sarah (she/they), an experienced Yoga Teacher and qualified Counsellor, who creates classes full of cheeky laughter and space to try new poses with no pressure.
