Are you a high-performing woman and do you feel the need to have a moment to yourself?It is always a great time to go within, connect with yourself, and regain your energy. I invite you to join me and treat yourself to an afternoon experience of reflection and relaxation. Give yourself the time to pull back and reset, and to go back to your center so you can consciously lead yourself towards a balanced and joyful life!
The program starts with an opening of the sacred space and a short introduction to the program.
This is followed with some Qigong and yin yoga to activate the energy centers in the body and get the blood circulation going to prepare for the breathwork. The breathwork supports in clearing and releasing any heaviness, tension, or stress the body is holding.
Following the breathwork is a guided process to relax the body, and mind, to connect back to your center, and be in the bliss of the stillness within. There will be some time to journal and reflect on any insights received.
The program ends with a heart-opening cacao kotzij' (cacao ceremony). Ceremonial cacao is not just chocolate or cocoa as we know it. Ceremonial cacao brings happiness, love, and bliss! It is an antioxidant-rich superfood that nourishes the body and expands the mind.
Following this afternoon is a 45-minute Zoom session on Saturday, 7 December at 10:00 to see how you are all integrating.
