Welcome to Reconnect With Your Womb Through Painting. Join us at Pheonix Cultural Center for this creative journey.
This time we will focus on the inner mother and reclaiming our maternal instinct. This is for mothers and daughters of all kinds. You can come together or seperately if you want to explore this subject - we all have an inner mother so the topic is relevant to everyone.
Lean into more body acceptance around the womb in this beautiful, creative gathering for women.
As a lady in the first group said, ‘I had the opportunity to feel my body in a different way without judgment.’
Painting from the inspiration of the womb can help to shift long standing feelings you've had towards your body or life.
I have had women come and release tension that has led to more ease in their cycles, for example.
I believe everyone has an inner artist waiting to be unleashed, so please don't worry about your art 'level' and experience.
Also, you don't need to be a mother or have a particular experience with your womb. All of the naunces and experiences of the womb are welcome in this space.
Equally, more established artists or those coming from a different medium can learn something new by tuning directly into the womb in a group session - this can be so nourishing and give you a new take on art.
You will have herbal tea, explore your personal story with our womb and express these feelings.
