This session is a powerful and peaceful mindfulness walk through our journey back into our mother's womb to birth, releasing stuck energy and rewriting our story in the beautiful Evolution Garden!
Suitable for men, women, children above 8 years old, and anyone ready to start a new life into good beginnings.

ReBirth, Self-discovery in Nature
Reconnect with self, is a self-discovery rebirth journey I created to help individuals clear some blocked energy, suppressed emotions we picked up while in the womb, and patterns in life that relate to the 9 months of life in the womb, and the birth process. This includes separation from mom and baby after birth.
The session is supported by nature to renew your senses and connect to yourself leading to Expansive Energy.
*This is not the usual breathwork in our session.
The session is facilitated by Kong Choon Yen, a Good Beginnings Specialist, who specifically chose Evolution Garden for you to walk the path.
You can now "rewrite" your story from womb to birth into good beginnings.
A time to Reset, Rejuvenate, and Reconnect with yourself.

This is a two-part session.
First part
We will explore the stuck energy from the trauma lifeline private session virtually before or after the Reconnect with the Self process.
Second part
Raise your awareness for the journey to rewire the neuropathway. It is a mini forest bathing walk in silence in a beautiful sensory stimulating Evolution Garden. Debrief in a group/private session after the rebirth journey in Botanic Gardens or via virtual call on another day.
The meeting point is at Botanic Gardens MRT (Cluny Court) exit near Botanic Gardens' gate at 8.15 am.
