Our guided Forest Bathing session invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and deeply connect with nature in a mindful and restorative way. This woodland is covered with bluebells, an indicator of ancient woodland, and they may be out at this time, with their beautiful fragrance.
Wander through the woodland at a leisurely pace, engaging all your senses—breathe in the fresh, earthy aromas, feel the textures of bark, listen to the soothing sounds of birdsong, and absorb the calming atmosphere of the forest. The experience culminates in a unique ‘treelaxation’ nature meditation, allowing you to completely unwind beneath the leafy canopy, followed by a warming woodland tea.
