Mindful Paper Festive Decorations
Taking time to pause and slow down in our lives is essential for our overall wellbeing.
Learning to have a slower pace in our lives, gives us the opportunity to not only pause but to calm our busy minds.
Creativity in all its form is a great way to help you to boost your overall wellbeing.
Create intricate decorations which are deceptively simple to make, including folding and lots of repetition. We will be using old book pages and origami paper.
This is a great session to wind down and pause from your everyday and enjoy being in the flow. Make time for you while creating festive decor for your space.
No experience is needed, and all the materials are provided.
