A Gentle Start to the New Year
After the celebration comes the soft beginning.
Join Cloe and Michelle for a morning of movement, meditation and sound designed to reconnect you with your breath, your body and the quiet joy of a new day.
You don’t need experience with yoga or dance, only curiosity and comfort in your own rhythm.
Programme (subject to a little magic and flow):
• Simple yet sensational yoga – movement for real bodies, guided by breath and sensation rather than shape.
• Chakra meditation – gentle awareness through the body’s energy centres, to calm the mind and awaken vitality.
• Kriya drumming – rhythmic breath and drum patterns that energise and balance the nervous system.
• Expressive movement – guided but open, offering space for your own story to unfold through motion.
• Sound healing – live sound and stillness to ground and integrate.
A safe, supportive environment where rest, reflection and self-expression are equally welcome.
