*We recommend ideally flying in a day before (if possible) on the 31 August so you can really ease into your retreat experience.

Take time out to free your mind, reflect and reconnect with your true self deep within. Leave behind the external world and allow yourself to open through connection with others and the beauty of Mother Nature herself.
This retreat is delivered in an organised, yet layback style where the aim is to cultivate heartfelt connections, enjoy relaxing nature hikes (all levels) Breathwork, Yoga and Meditation practices (beginner friendly) open sharing circles & powerful Q and A sessions around the fire place.
You will also have everything taken care of for you including all your meals and transport. All you need to focus on is being completely present in the experience.
You will have the opportunity to un-plug from your busy life and take time to restore, revive, reconnect and reflect and have some fun with other like mind people.
