The inclusion of truth telling, historical truths of sovereignty never ceded. With the offering of a non-harming practice of honouring country with an acknowledgment of country. The yoga walk on country also draws on the yoga philosophy of acting ethically & including the Yama Ahimsa non-harming. Which invites participants to listen deeply, valuing First Nations voices and respecting culture, land & stories
