In a world that pulls us further from nature, intuition, and self-trust, this workshop offers a return to the old ways - a space to rediscover the healing intelligence of plants, reclaim agency over your wellbeing, and reconnect with the rhythms of your own body.

Nisha | The Essential Oil Goddess
I work with plants, people, and the unseen magic that weaves them together. As a health coach, natural chef, and dōTERRA leader, I teach people how to use these modalities to reconnect with their cycles, create nourishing rituals, and live in harmony with the Earth.
These oils aren’t just tools - they’re portals. Once you meet them, you will never forget the feeling. I use the oils for daily wellbeing, in rituals, to prepare healing foods, and to create sacred spaces. They have transformed how I care for my body, my emotions, and my community - and I would be honoured to share that with you.
Born and raised in North London, I now live in the the Devon countryside, barefoot in nature, raising my daughter and sharing the magic of these oils with others. I bought my first kit of dōTERRA oils over a decade ago from a dear family friend, and I have been sharing this medicine of these oils for the past three years.
When I'm not teaching about the healing power of pure essential oils, you'll probably find me cooking up a storm in the kitchen, gathering flowers and wild plants, in my happy place (the sauna), or practicing restorative yoga.
