A brunch-forward, shame-free workshop exploring menstrual cycles, intuitive nourishment, and body trust through education & conversation.About this Event
Join us for a warm, brunchy, shame-free workshop exploring the relationship between menstrual cycles, food, and body awareness.
So often, both our cycles and our eating habits are framed through rules, restriction, and “shoulds.” This gathering is an invitation to do something different — to reconnect with your body’s cues, needs, and wisdom through education, conversation, and shared nourishment.
This is not about perfect cycle syncing or eating “the right way.”
It’s about listening to your body, honoring cravings, and releasing shame.
