Statistically speaking, the world is becoming a safer place…but it doesn’t always feel that way. And while most self-defense classes for women do a decent job of teaching a palm strike to the face, a kick to the groin, and even some grab releases, there’s so much more to self-defense than the physical basics!We’re hoping to change that, and we hope you’ll join us! Our team of women instructors from Kensho Martial Arts and Valkyrie Self Defense are partnering up for the Reclaim Your Wings self-defense seminar!
Our goal is to take you through the steps of self-defense from prevention, initial contact, and physical aspects with a focus on our attendee’s primary concerns. You’ll walk away with tools and resources to help you feel better prepared for the world around you!

No previous experience necessary!
Due to subject matter, this is appropriate for women ages 14+ (minor need adult consent.)
