Sharon Pendlington is a Certified Hormone Health and Stress Resilience Coach with a decade of clinical experience helping women navigate the menopause transition with less stress and more confidence. Sharon specializes in supporting midlife women in restoring their sleep, stabilizing their mood, reclaiming their energy, and focusing on the relationships that matter most.
