To help you fully sink into the experience and stay grounded during our transition into Spring energy, we recommend bringing the following:

• A Yoga Mat or Cushion: Your "Earth" foundation. You’ll be lying down for about 60 minutes, so choose something that offers good support.
• A Cozy Blanket & Socks: Even in a warm room, your body temperature often drops during deep relaxation. Staying warm allows your Energy to flow without restriction.
• A Water Bottle: To stay aligned with our Water pillar, we recommend hydrating before and after the session to help your cells integrate the high-frequency vibrations.
• An Eye Mask or Small Scarf: Blocking out visual stimuli helps the brain shift more quickly into Alpha and Theta brainwave states (the "dream-like" healing states).
• A Journal & Pen: You may experience "downloads" or creative shifts during the sound bath; having a place to capture these Ides of March intentions is vital.
