Reclaim Your Power is a 90 minute hands-on workshop for individuals who are done playing small or staying "stuck" and are ready to clear out the limiting beliefs holding them back and step into the life that they desire.Through EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping) you'll move stuck energy, and create space for new stories of agency, empowerment, and confidence to be written.Then, we'll have a journaling exercise for you to start to reenvision your future with you in the driver's seat of your life.
Lastly, we'll end with a very relaxing hypnotherapy session to lock in those new beliefs of empowerment and forward momentum as you reclaim your power as the author of your own life.
