An immersive day of holistic healing, embodiment & authentic expression
About this Event

This September, join us for Reclaim Your Freedom—a powerful, heart-centered gathering devoted to embodied healing, nervous system care, and soulful self-expression.

Held during Self-Care Awareness Month, this one-day event invites you to step away from performance culture and reconnect with what’s real: your body, your voice, your deep inner truth.

This isn’t a wellness trend or a quick fix. This is an invitation to exhale, to feel, to be witnessed, and to remember that freedom lives inside of you.

🗓 Friday, September 5, 2025🕖 7 PM - 10 PM📍 Swift Fit HQ – 920 Congress Ave, Austin, TX

🌿 The Intention:

To create a non-performative, grounding space for people to regulate, connect, and express—beyond the surface noise of modern wellness. This is a return to rhythm, community, and care.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, creative renewal, or deeper connection to self, this day is designed to hold you through that journey—with integrity, presence, and joy.

💫 What You’ll Experience:

A Transformative Panel Conversation Facilitated by holistic leaders whose work centers on the mind-body connection and nervous system resilience:

  • Laura Shook Guzman, LMFT – Somatic psychotherapist, founder of Soma Vida and Conscious Ambition, guiding high performers back to authenticity, rest, and embodied purpose.
  • Jacquelyn Miller (Rad Wellbeing) – Functional health practitioner blending science and soul to help women feel at home in their bodies and cut through the noise of wellness culture.
  • Voice Activation Workshop with Mary Olivar – Executive Director of the Center for Shamanic Education & Exchange and longtime Austin songkeeper. This session invites you to reclaim your voice through song, presence, and ritual. Mary brings three decades of wisdom in sacred activism, Indigenous support, and soulful leadership to help you unlock your truth and soften into your power.

🌀 Why Now?

September is a threshold. The season begins to shift. Energy changes. Many of us feel the pull to return—to ourselves, to rhythm, to truth.

Reclaim Your Freedom offers you a chance to honor that call.To pause. To land. To remember what’s always been yours. Come as you are. Leave more of who you are.

Let your body exhale.Let your voice rise.Let your nervous system feel safe again.
