On March 15th at 4pm, we welcome back Jenny & Dan to join Mandy Carter of Healing Homes & Hearts for a heart centered journey into your solar plexus and sacred center of power.
We begin with guided breathwork to gently settle the nervous system and reconnect you to the place within where confidence, clarity, and worth naturally live. This is not power over. It is power rooted in love. A divine warrior energy that stands grounded, compassionate, and aligned.
From that centered space, Jenny and Dan will guide you into an immersive sound journey filled with drum, gong, bells, bowls and layered instruments that move through the body like waves. Sound becomes a current that softens tension, balances energy, and invites deep rest.
This experience unfolds inside Betty, our historic gem in the South Fountain Historic District of Springfield, Ohio. The space itself holds warmth and grounding, creating a safe and steady container for breath and sound to do their work.
No prior experience with Reiki, breathwork, or sound baths is needed. Come as you are.
