More than Okay ~ Radical Acceptance & Radical Grace
Step into the Season of Grace, where movement becomes prayer and breath becomes liberation.
In this sacred session we breathe, release & remember who we truly are. Through 40 minutes of breathwork, we soften the edges of judgement, comparison and self-criticism. We allow grace to fill that space.
Then, we rise into dance. Adorned with feather, body jewelry and flowing skirts ~ to embrace grace herself. Every movement is intentional, fluid and full of purpose. We dance slow and deliberate, then shift direction like the wind.... allowing grace to lead us.
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to your body & voice. This work is deep, embodied and transformational. Best of all, it's done together in sacred sisterhood.
