Step into a sacred space designed to honor your becoming. Through breathwork, journaling, dance and open-hearted sharing, we'll gently release what no longer serves us and anchor into the truth of who we are which is Majestic. This experience is about validating your voice, your story, your body together in community. Expect a simple breathwork flow, journaling, group sharing and ecstatic dance. Every participant will also receive a bonus gift bio-wellness voice scan which measures subtle frequencies through your voice. You'll receive a personalized frequency alignment audio track delivered to your email after class, to continue your healing journey at home.
