There are moments in life when we feel the quiet pull to return to ourselves.
To step out of the noise, the expectations, the constant doing… and remember the wisdom that already lives within the body.
Reclamation is a 90-minute guided somatic journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and come home to yourself.
Through breath, intuitive movement and immersive sound, we create space to slow down, listen inward and gently release what no longer needs to be carried.
This is not about performing, dancing a certain way, or “getting it right.”
This is about meeting yourself exactly where you are.
The movement in this space is intuitive and guided, meaning you’ll be gently supported to explore how your body wants to move -whether that looks like stretching, swaying, shaking, dancing lying down, or simply breathing and feeling. Everything is optional. Rest is always welcome. Your body leads.
Throughout the journey, sound healing instruments including crystal bowls, flutes, handpan and other resonant tones help guide the nervous system into deeper states of regulation and restoration.
The experience flows gently through:
• Arrival and grounding into the space
• Guided breathwork to settle the nervous system
• Somatic and intuitive movement to awaken and release energy in the body
• An immersive sound journey for deep integration and rest
• Optional reflection and sharing to close the space
This practice supports you to reconnect with your inner rhythm and remember the intelligence of the body.
