As the world awakens to the renewal of spring, take time to pause and experience the nectar of the present moment. Through mindful movement, meditation, and self-inquiry, we will explore presence as a practice. Intentional moments in nature help us reconnect to our natural blueprint of well-being, reminding us that, like the earth, we are always in a cycle of renewal. Engaged in the joy of shared experience, this retreat offers a space to pause, reflect, and re-bloom—embracing spring’s gifts with a spirit of wonder and connection.

What to Bring:
- Yoga mat and any additional props to support you in your practice (blocks, blanket, bolster, etc.)
- Water bottle
- Lunch - you will have access to a refrigerator and microwave
- Journal and pen for writing, sketching, etc.
- An open heart
