We have prepared Three Modalities (Main Practices) for you:
1. Rebirthing Kundalini Kriya
2. Rebirthing Breathwork
3. Rebirthing Deep Gong Meditation
✨*All these three Modalities are combined in 9 Sessions*✨ (Each session is on a different date)
| When does the Sessions take place?
- Weekly Fridays
| All sessions start from: 18:30–21:00
✨ We offer a Hybrid option, for you to join Online or In-Person practice/ session
| Each 2.5-hour session includes gentle warm ups, transformative practices like Kundalini Kriya with cleansing practices,
Breathwork - breathing techniques to access deep emotional layers, release tension, and Gong meditation and inner renewal, followed by guided relaxation, reflective sharing,
and herbal tea to conclude.
