?Preparation
Come well rested, please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, a sarong to cover yourself if you have one, and may be a small pillow for your head. Be sure to wear loose clothing, nothing tight around the chest area, so breathing is effortless and easy. Please arrive a little early so we can start on time.

?ข้อแนะนำก่อนเข้า Workshop
ควรพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ เตรียมน้ำดื่ม ผ้าสำหรับใช้ห่มตัว เสื่อโยคะ หมอนรองศรีษะ และแต่งกายให้สบายๆหลวม ๆ ได้ยิ่งดี ไม่แนะนำให้ใส่อะไรที่แน่นหรือตึงบริเวณหน้าอกเพราะมีผลต่อการควบคุมลมหายใจต่าง ๆ ได้ง่ายขึ้น ที่สำคัญที่สุดขอแนะนำให้มาถึงก่อนเวลาเพื่อการเตรียมความพร้อมอย่างพร้อมเพียงกัน
