The Spring Equinox and New Moon open a gateway for 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, a time to release what no longer belongs to us and 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 for the life we are ready to grow.
On this sacred evening, we gather in a circle of women to slow down, soften, and 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗯.
Through gentle yet powerful practices we will journey inward; meeting the stories, emotions, and memories our bodies may be holding.
With 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, we create space for release, healing, and awakening.

As we breathe, rest, and move energy through the body, we awaken the natural life force within us with 𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 lead by Anniken Min; reconnecting us to our divine feminine, intuition, wisdom and inner vitality.

She was educated in Biodanza Heart In Motion, Womb Awakening, Breathwork, Theta Healing, Tantra Therapy, Munay-Ki Rites, Rite of Passage, and more.
Have been a Shamanic Apprentice since 2005, walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior.
She is deeply passionate about Female Embodiment, Sacred Sexuality, Breathwork, Conscious Relating and Shamanism.

She combines extensive experience in personal development with work in Life Force Activation, meditation, hypnosis, and somatic bodywork to support the nervous system, deep inner processes, and awakening.
Initiated into Transcendental Meditation at the age of seven, Anniken has nurtured a lifelong interest in spirituality and self-development. With her intuitive ability to move between the visible and the unseen, she serves as a bridge between energy work, consciousness, and embodied presence.
Anniken has also deepened her understanding of human psychology through her previous work with Oslo Kommune, focusing on trauma awareness, mental health, pedagogy, and anger management. This foundation informs her holistic approach to transformation and inner work.
