Join us for a Breathwork Flow session to release the stale energy of 2025. This in-person event will take place at 215 E Grandview Ave. Let's come together to breathe, release tension, and feel energized and focused.
You’re not meant to drag last year’s energy into this one.
This session is your opportunity to release what’s been weighing you down—old patterns, limiting beliefs, and lingering stress—so you can step into the new year grounded, clear, and energized.
Through guided breathwork, reflection, and gratitude, you’ll reconnect with your body, visualize your future self, and create space for the woman you’re becoming—focused, intentional, and aligned in her health and life.
Leave feeling lighter, inspired, and ready to move forward with clarity and calm.
No experience needed — just an open mind, cozy clothes, a blanket, yoga mat and an open heart.
✨Contraindications
Breathwork is a powerful practice, but it’s not recommended for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, severe mental health conditions, or any recent surgery or injuries, please check with your doctor before participating.
