Topic: Yoga FlowAfter reading about Indra Devi, often referred to as the "First Lady of Yoga," who helped introduce yoga to the Western world, Participants will engage in a 30-minute gentle yoga flow.
Based on the book series Goodnight Stories for Rebel Girls, the club is intended to empower young girls ages 8-12 to grow up confident and inspired to do great things; however, all genders are welcome. Goodnight Stories for Rebel Girls brings readers on an empowering journey, introducing them to the real-life adventures of trailblazing women from Elizabeth I to Malala Yousafzai. We will read their stories and discuss ways we can be inspired in our lives. Spirited conversations and creative activities are always part of our meetings!
