Friends, family, and fellow Shriners are invited to gather in remembrance of Rebecca Honeycutt, whose life was tragically taken too soon on April 27, 2021. Rebecca left behind her devoted husband, a large and loving family, and countless friends who were touched by her kindness, generosity, and warm spirit.
Rebecca had a special place in her heart for the work of the Kerbela Shriners and was always ready to lend a hand—often many hands—at events supporting Shriners. Whether helping organize, volunteering, or simply bringing her infectious smile, Rebecca gave unconditionally to a cause she truly believed in.
In true Rebecca fashion, this memorial will be a celebration of the joy and laughter she brought to all of us. Hosted by the West Knox Shrine Club, the gathering will take place at Pelancho’s Mexican Restaurant, where friends are invited to share stories, smiles, and memories of a remarkable woman who made life brighter for everyone around her.
And because Rebecca loved a good time with good friends, feel free to bring along a little festive spirit—maracas, castanets, and sombreros are welcome. Rebecca would surely appreciate the laughter, the music, and the colorful celebration.
