Rebalance Your Life: For women who feel out of sync with their life

There are times when nothing is obviously wrong, but something doesn’t feel quite right anymore.

You’re still getting everything done, still showing up and holding it all together, but it’s taking more out of you than it used to. You might not be able to explain it, so you carry on as you are.

But just because you can keep things going, doesn’t mean it’s how you want to live. This session is a chance to pause and actually look at what’s going on.

To see where you’ve been running on habit, responsibility or expectation, and where something needs to change.

This is a guided group session that helps you look at the different areas of your life and see what’s really going on. Where things feel fine, where they feel stretched, and where something just isn’t working in the way it used to.

By the end of the session, you’ll have:

• Clearer awareness of one area of your life that needs your attention

• One simple, intentional action you can take straight away, with support in the moment

• A way to hold onto that decision so it doesn’t get lost in everyday life

Throughout the session, I’ll guide you, offer prompts and perspectives, and answer questions, so you can make sense of what’s coming up for you as you go.

This masterclass is a light introduction to my work and a starting point for women who want to choose more consciously, without overhauling their lives or adding more to their plates.
