A Gathering of Renewal and Return to the Light
As winter’s stillness begins to soften, we arrive at the turning point of the year — a threshold where light and darkness meet.
Join Emma ( The Energy Alchemist ) Rachel (Yoga on sea with Rachel) on the seasonal celebration of awakening and renewal on 1st February each year, known as Imbolc by our ancestors 🌱
Mirroring nature , we will plant the seeds of intention for our growth for the year, welcoming the returning light in our lives.
This gathering invites you to reconnect with body, breath, and spirit through a carefully woven journey of healing and reflection.
