Reasonably Adjusted? Join filmmaker and artist Jay Gearing for the afternoon as he navigates what it means to be diagnosed neurodivergent later on in life and questions whether people with ADHD should take drugs to manage or is it society itself that is ‘sick’.
What the event will look like:
The event will take place in Unit 27 in Queensgate Shopping Centre, on the ground floor behind the elevator leading to the Odeon.
During the afternoon Jay will share video clips from interviews he’s conducted with neurodivergent individuals as well as his own video diaries from his journey with medication.
At the end there will be a discussion with highly respected access coordinator Julie Fernandez, with a chance for the audience to ask questions as well.
Location: Unit 27, Queensgate Shopping Centre Under 16's will need to be accompanied by an adult.
