This focused 15-minute session is designed for busy professionals who need high-quality, scroll-stopping images without committing to a full photo shoot. You’ll get:
- 2 professionally edited images included
- Option to purchase additional images for $30 each or full gallery of 10 images for $200 (10 images in both horizontal & vertical crops = 20 files total)
- A curated, efficient experience in a beautifully staged show home
- Pose guidance, expression coaching, and small styling adjustments
- Quick turnaround time on your edited images

This session's show home is built by Montorio Homes and is located in Trumpeter (northwest Edmonton, just off the Anthony Henday & Yellowhead). The look is bright, modern-homey; mainly white with black and gold-wood accents. See the home here:

To secure your time, the $300 session fee is collected upfront through Stripe at checkout.

About the Photographer
These sessions are photographed by Susan Lim, a branding photographer who specializes in working with Realtors.
Over the past year, Susan has photographed 150+ individual headshot and branding sessions, including 40+ Royal LePage Noralta agents. She is the preferred branding photographer for Royal LePage Noralta, where her images are used across agent websites, listing presentations, social media, and print marketing.
Susan has been a photographer for 10+ years and also brings a deep understanding of real estate from the inside. She previously worked as a licensed Realtor and, for the past four years, has been the listing manager and marketing director on a top 5% real estate team in Edmonton.
That blend of experience means she understands:
- How your images need to look in MLS-style marketing, presentations, and online profiles
- What today’s clients expect when they see you on social media and your website
- How to create photos that feel professional, approachable, and true to you—not stiff or overly “posed.”
Her sessions are calm, efficient, and highly guided, so even if you’re not comfortable in front of the camera, you’ll be coached through poses and expressions that photograph well and feel natural.
