The Sacramento Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (SAR YPN) is bringing you the ultimate industry showdown — REALTOR® Olympics 2026! Whether you're a seasoned pro or newer to the industry, this event is your chance to put your real estate knowledge and teamwork to the test in a fun, fast-paced Olympic-style competition.
🤝 Better together! The strongest teams bring diverse industry perspectives. We highly encourage teams that mix REALTORS®, home warranty reps, lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, and other real estate professionals. The more variety on your squad, the more well-rounded your game!
Don't have a team?! Don't worry, you can sign up individually, and we can help pair you up with other players.
🏆 What Is It?
Teams of 4–6 industry professionals will compete in a series of real estate–themed events, racing the clock and each other for gold, silver, and bronze. Points are earned through speed, accuracy, and teamwork — and at the end of the day, only one team will stand on top of the podium.

All proceeds from REALTOR® Olympics 2026 benefit the SAR Scholarship Fund. Your participation directly supports the next generation of real estate professionals in our community. Come compete, have fun, and give back — all at the same time.
🎯 Events Include:
🧠 Trivia Rounds — Test your industry knowledge across four themed rounds: anagrams, pop culture, industry knowledge, and SAR knowledge.
🛋️ Office Chair Bobsled — One pusher. One pilot. One rolling chair. Race to retrieve critical real estate documents (BRBC, RPA, Open House Floorplan) before your competition does.
🔍 BRBC Signature Scavenger Hunt — Each team receives a mystery "Client Profile." Your mission: work the room, identify your buyer among staff, committee members, and sponsors, then get their signature on your BRBC.
📋 RPA Race — In relay fashion, race to fill in your team's Residential Purchase Agreement one piece at a time. Accuracy and speed both count.
🪧 Open House Sign Relay — Set up 6 open house directional signs with correct orientation, one at a time, as fast as your team can manage.
🔐 Lockbox Decode — Use clues gathered throughout the event to crack the code on your team's contractor box and unlock your final surprise.
