The School of Realist Art's first group exhibition is happening!
After nearly two decades of hosting classes in the Kansas City/Overland Park area, and more than four years after the formation of the virtual Realist Art Club, we are happy to present the first ever group show by member artists!
The Realist Art Club is a group of artists, some local and others scattered around the U.S., who meet weekly online to offer 'fresh eyes' and encouragement, discuss the meaning and purpose of creative pursuits, and exchange knowledge. While our art spans a variety of styles from fantastic to impressionistic to photorealistic, we all share the interest of creating realistic imagery.
We invite you to join us at the opening reception of our first exhibition where many of us will be in attendance.
