Join us for KC’s first double reed day!! Aimed at students AND band director!! We will have oboes and bassoons for students who are interested in making the switch to try, reeds to purchase, vendor catalogs to shop and on-site repair services!Will Peak of Peak Instrument Repair will be on-site with used oboes for sale as well as on-site repair and adjustments! Robert Jordan will also have bassoons for sale to try-out!!
For band directors, Robert Jordan of Weisberg Systems/Nielson Bocal Supply will be teaching a repair basics class and Jo Darmon and Mariah Stadel will teach a methods class refresh course with tips and tricks to help your double reeders thrive!! Bring a school oboe and/or bassoon and play along!!
