Begin your day by making history. Be part of the first group to practice Yoga and Mindfulness along some of the newest areas along the Glass City Riverwalk! Join us for a free beginner-friendly Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation session led by Toledo Mindfulness Institute in partnership with Metroparks Toledo and Imagination Station during Watershed Weekend. The goal is 1,000 participants for Riverfront yoga!

This curated session invites participants to celebrate the many hands and hearts that have shaped the Riverwalk, while offering our shared intentions for its continued growth and future.
Open to all experience levels, this event launches the Realign with TMI Wellness Series, a traveling pop-up series bringing Yoga, Pilates, Sound Baths, and Mindful Fitness to some of Toledo's most inspiring places, designed to activate the city, spark tourism, and deepen community connection.

If you are registering with others, please ensure each participant signs up individually.
When completing your registration, let us know if you will need a chair.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat/any yoga props you need to be comfortable.

Visit the Watershed Weekend main event as the MLK Bridge transforms into a car-free community space to walk, roll, play, and explore. With activities on both banks of the river, it’s the perfect way to continue a day of wellness, movement, and community connection while experiencing Toledo’s riverfront in an entirely new way.
